How do I make a reservation?
To schedule your treatments, please call our concierge at 715.835.1100. If scheduling a package or spa lunch, please remember that lunch requests require 48 hours advanced notice, so we may prepare for your spa experience. We request that you confirm your menu selection at that time and make us aware of any dietary restrictions.
What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you must change or cancel your spa appointment please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. If you arrive late for your appointment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled client.
What time should I arrive for my spa experience?
We recommend arrival at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service to fully experience the Lotus Spa. Please feel free to spend as much time as you wish in the sanctuary before and after your services.
